About Me

Hello and thanks for stopping by! My name is Molly and I am a 23-year-old CorePower Yoga Manager and instructor. I am a health and fitness fanatic and love to use this blog to share my knowledge on those topics.


I love running, I have run four marathons, and I am currently registered for my fifth (Boston round two). My PR was in Boston at 3:25:46 and I hope to beat it someday.

I teach yoga at CorePower Yoga in Minneapolis. I teach Vinyasa, Sculpt and  Real Ryder- I love it! I love teaching and taking class. The challenge I get from yoga pushes me internally and externally, which is why I try to practice daily. It grounds me and makes me a better person. Pushing my students ignites me- it thrills me and gives me chills every time. It means the world to me to make someone’s day through a class. I am so blessed to have found CPY and the people I met there.

I love food. I typically feed my body with healthy foods. On a typical day I have apples, bananas, nut butters, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, berries, lots of veggies, Luna bars (obsessed), protein (tofu, beans, steak, fish) hummus. I keep it mostly healthy but I die for sweets. I don’t go a day without a treat. They are definitely my weakness and I happily give in. My number one favorite treat? Red Velvet Cupcakes. My boyfriend and sisters make fun of me for always having chocolate on my face…


I enjoy cooking but I am a busy girl- I try to cook healthy but quick meals with a minimal list of ingredients. I am hoping to share my favorites with you! I also love to go out to eat, when I can afford it, and hope to share my dining experiences with you, too!

This blog is a fun way for me to share my favorite eats, workouts and obsessions of the moment. I love inspiring others and teaching them how to live a little healthier one day at a time.
